  • Once work or setup has begun (including resource allocation, design, or development), cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For subscription-based or recurring services (such as hosting, maintenance, or digital marketing), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The purchased service has not been initiated and no resources have been consumed.
  • A technical issue caused by WizzyWeb prevents delivery of the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Overpayments or duplicate payments due to a system error.

Non-refundable items include but are not limited to:

  • Domain registration or renewal fees.
  • Third-party integrations, tools, or licenses.
  • Completed development, customization, or marketing work.
  • Consulting, setup, or onboarding fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@wizzyweb.com along with relevant order details.

4. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Delay caused by customer’s non-cooperation, incomplete inputs, or missed communication.
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after delivery.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of our platform.
