IMPORTANT - This wizard is to create a Perl/Flat File Report only!
If you want to create a PHP/MySQL Report, click the "Back" button and select "Report-PHP/MySQL"

 Create Database Report Wizard

  Step 1 - Select Data Source
Click the "Browse" button below to select a tab-delimited database flat file from your computer to use as the Report "Data Source". In most cases, this will be the same flat file you selected in Step 1 of the "Create Data Entry Application" wizard. After you select a Data Source, click the "Continue" button.
